Running Shoes; Patellar Tendinitis?

I have a case of patellar tendinitius, and when I run my knee aches. It%26#039;s only my left knee, but it causes me to stop running. I was wonder what I should looking for when I got to purchase a proper pair of running shoes. I.e; raised arch, shock absorbers, etc. I also have a high arch; I don%26#039;t know if it makes a difference.

If there are any shoes you know of it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Get a pair made for people who supinate, which is what people with high arches usually do. Just make sure they%26#039;ve got sufficient arch support to adequately support your high arches.
